How are your candles made?
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches to produce a high-quality product each and every time. Please know that our soy candles take 14 days to fully cure before they can be lit.

What wax do you use?
Grown from US Soybeans, our soy wax is widely used by soy candle makers around the world. This is the wax used in our "Soy Collection" and "Saddle and Mane Collection". Our "Blended Collection" uses a blend of paraffin and soy waxes.

Do you use essential oils?
Yes and no! We use high quality fragrance oils that are specifically formulated for candles and reed diffusers. Our fragrance oils are a combination of natural essential oils and synthetic aroma chemicals. They are never diluted, so each has a strong concentrated aroma that doesn't disappear when burned in a candle.

Which size candle should I purchase for my space?
The best way to answer this is to look at the room you are using the candle in. The larger the room, the larger the candle (OR number of wicks) you'll need. Our 7.5 ounce candles have all been tested in large living rooms and kitchen/dining room combinations and have been excellent!

Are your containers reusible?
Our glass containers can all most certainly be reused. However, recycle them for purposes other than candle making. We don't recommend the glass to be reheated over and over again.

Can I cancel my order?
We've all done it before. Loaded up the shopping cart, checked out, and then realized you forgot one item. We are unable to cancel orders. In this case, email us directly info@imagine-candles.com and we will charge you for the additional items, but not for additional shipping.

Where can I find your candles in person?
Currently we are located in a few boutiques in Madison, CT. We will also be traveling to craft fairs and farmer's markets when the weather is appropriate.

Do you ship overseas?
Not at this time! We are hoping to in the not so distant future.

What is your shipping policy?
We charge a flat rate for shipping. This is non-refundable. You will receive an email once your order has been processed, and then fulfilled.
